Our team

Raúl Alberto Adames Franceschi has been the legal consultant at FCDS since 2005. He is a practicing lawyer, graduated from the University of Panama, with 20 years of experience in the various aspects of the legal world: civil and labor law, managing contracts, lawsuits, notarial work, labor and legal counseling. He served as Secretary General and Vice Minister in Charge of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare during the period 1990­1994.

He has a postgraduate degree on Mediation from the University of Panama. He has attended update seminars and courses such as: Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, by Franklin Covey; Situational Leadership; Deep Interpersonal Conflict Management: Processes and Changes; and Application of ISO 9000 Standards to Service Companies.
