Business Plan Courses

The Business Plan Design Specialization Program is offered as an alternative to facilitate and drive the creation and development of new businesses and entrepreneurs. It has a unique and practical approach to Business Plan design, focusing on the challenges that are specific to innovation and technological development of products and services, and on their introduction into the market.

The program offers comprehensive training that focuses on providing entrepreneurs with the skills for identifying business opportunities and creating dynamic, competitive companies.

This course aims to be a methodological guide for entrepreneurs and business people who are determined or already carry on their shoulders the responsibility of running a company, either at its gestation and startup stage or at its operation stage, by means of an instrument such as the Business Plan.
