Center for Regional Studies on Conflict Resolution (CERCA)

The center studies, disseminates and promotes Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Methods, expedites Justice systems and approaches legal, ethical and political challenges such as diffuse rights, environmental conflicts, space law, antitrust actions, new financial figures, cloning, or cross­border business, among others.

The center was organized with the participation of CIDES, Panama Canal Authority (ACP), University of Panama (UP), Supreme Court of Justice, Public Administration Agency, City of Knowledge Foundation, Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution of the South Texas College of Law.
