Resident Director (Academic Program for the University of Wisconsin)

The Resident Director (RD) will have primary responsibility for the oversight of the academic, residential life, and logistical aspects of the IAP Program in Panama City. 1. Coordinate and facilitate all communication between UW, partner organizations, faculty, and program participants; 2. Organize and lead field excursions and program seminars 3. Advise and assist students on academic matters 4. Coordinate housing placements for students 5. Prepare program budgets and manage financial operations in Panama 6. Oversee matters relating to student health and safety.
