On Saturday, February 11, 2012, starting at noon, the City of Knowledge will host the 2012 Edition of the “Festival Verde de Cultura Musical” (FVCM) behind its main building.

This year the FVCM will count with the participation of great international artists such as Omar Rodríguez López Group (USA), Babasónicos (Argentina), Hello Seahorse! (Mexico), Las Robertas (Costa Rica) and Alfonso Espriella (Colombia); as well as very important names in the local scene like Carlos Méndez, Señor Loop, Javier Medina, Llevarte a Marte, Polyphase, Los Yegüeros, Son Azul, Grannada, La Tribu and Radicales Libres.

Since its creation in 2010, the FVCM distinguished itself as an event with the highest quality production standards, while promoting a culture of environmental sustainability between young people. The City of Knowledge Foundation will cooperate in this new edition by offering an insurmountable stage, and contributing to strengthen the sustainability criteria of the festival while reducing its environmental impact.
