The City of Knowledge has a number of villas prepared for accommodation of students, professors and experts participating in temporary academic programs or in authorized projects that may include lodging.
They have the essential furniture and are located in the City of Knowledge area, which makes it easy to use all resources and services and to get around on foot within the premises.
Type A accommodation Villas
These are intended for professors or experts. They have a kitchen, air conditioning and a TV. Additionally, they have an Internet connection. Minimum stay is two months.
Characteristics:
Type A Villas are duplexes and have two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom downstairs. They have a telephone (which must be used with a prepaid calling card), a television set with Direct TV, and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave oven, fridge, cutlery, tableware and a coffee maker.

Type B Accommodation Villas
At these villas you can arrange for nightly stays and you can rent individual or shared rooms. They are ideal for students or temporary visitors to programs developed at CDS. These villas are equipped with the essentials.
Characteristics:
Type B villas have three bedrooms with two beds each, all of them with ceiling fans. The living room has a telephone, television, and ceiling fan. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, fridge, cutlery, tableware and a coffee maker.
